As the Chief Operations Officer at Force Multiplier, a Savannah Services Group Company, I oversee the daily operations and communicate with stake holders, and Government Officials to ensure effective communications and situational awareness is achieved. We work with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business, where I learned the principles and practices of business administration and management. I also hold several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB). These credentials demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in project management, program management, and lean and six sigma methodologies.I am passionate about improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and project management, and implementing scalable and lean practices and methodologies. I have successfully managed the Project Management Office and the Operational Support Team at Savannah, and contributed to the growth and expansion of the company. I have also developed and enhanced my skills in deadline management, renovation, and request for information (RFI). My goal is to continue to lead and support high-performing teams and deliver quality projects that exceed expectations.
