    Jonathan is a Choreographer and Director making work in Dance, Theatre and Film.He has had recent success with the first stage adaptation of 'Reasons to Stay Alive' by Matt Haig working with writer April De Angelis for English touring Theatre and Sheffield Theatres. His new dance film Kes Reimagined was broadcast on BBC Four in November 2019 and his dance adaptation of George Orwell's 1984 with Northern Ballet. Winning The Southbank Sky Arts Award for Best New Dance Production, Best Classical Choreography at The National Dance Awards and is now released on DVD with Opus Arte, The Space and BBC. Other notable works are his abstract piece 'Crash' for Texas Ballet Theater, Movement Direction on 'Road' at the Royal Court Theatre, UK and short dance films for Channel 4's Random Acts and self produced projects.
