As a Capita ITPS consultant, I work alongside a network of professionals to deliver clients goals, as well as supporting the internal team through knowledge transfer and support. My engagements to date are:LB Barnet Council Adults and Communities | Test Manager/ Lead | August 2016 - Present [2 renewals]-Managing a test team of four, I am developing and delivering the test strategy for the development of the Adults and Communities Case Management System across the functional and non-functional work streams. -Within the project, I work closely with other work streams, particularly the Interfaces and Infrastructure team team, in a Quality Assurance capacity before accepting completed work into test. -I also work alongside the wider business to understand social work requirements and business process management to ensure business goals are achieved through test.

Joining the Capita ITPS graduate scheme, I undertook 12 weeks of professional training, culminating in the completion of the ISTQB Foundation in Testing and Selenium Webdriver qualifications. Following this, I was engaged with Capitas clients to support the aims and goals:Engagements included:Cubic | Junior Test Analyst | July 2014 - September 2014 -Working within the integration team, I was engaged to support the testing of the 24hr London project, working with new software and hardware required to allow TfL to run the night tube project. -Working with the development team, activities focussed on exploratory testing of the middleware components of the ticketing solution. -The system was built in a Linux framework and became familiar testing on the platform, as well as HP Quality Centre as a testing tool.LB Barnet Council Adults and Communities | Junior Automation Test Engineer (promoted to Automation Test Engineer and Test Lead) | May 2015 - August 2016 | 4 renewals - Delivering the newly tendered Case Management System for Adults and Communities social care, I began work developing a complete automation framework test suite, using Selenium Webdriver, Python and Lettuce-I became responsible for managing the test data stored within the system soon after. -Through the phases of the project, I continued the development of automation testing as well as supporting other forms of testing including User Acceptance Testing.

Working as an IT assistant, I worked alongside the business support and quality assurance teams to support and improve business as usual activities across the office and call centre. I was responsible for acting as a first line support to triage, the resolution of IT issues and maintenance of the IT infrastructure used in the office.
