Starting as a team member I worked at many high volume restaurants within Victoria. My first management role began as an 18yr old at the Swanston Street Restaurant in Melbourne CBD. Progressing through the levels of leadership I completed all relevant accredited training courses available culminating in an Advanced Diploma in Business Management. When moved in to a Restaurant Management role I predominantly worked in distressed locations where franchisees had breached their contractual obligations. I was in charge of transitioning the restaurant over to company ownership and bringing it back up to the appropriate standards. This was a highly challenging and rewarding opportunity on a range of levels and I undertook this role during last 3 years of my tenure.
