Led the design, creation and recruitment of the Global Medical Affairs Training team. Managed the team responsible for the development of all inline and pipeline products and therapeutic area training programs as well as skills/ capabilities training for Medical Science Liaisons (globally), Country Medical Teams, Medical Communications Teams and Global Call Center Medical Information Teams.

Led the launch of Shire’s Virtual Medical Information program and Medical Affairs digital initiatives. Aligned a large cross-functional team to build new innovative ways to facilitate healthcare professional (HCP) interactions.
