I’ve been work for JW Plumbing & Heating Inc, my family business, for the past 5 years. I originally was working in an office managerial position while handling commercial and residential accounts. This taught me much about the quoting and maintenance process in our industry while allowing me to learn administrative skills. Recently my focus has broadened to include business development. This, for me, has illuminated the importance of expanding upon the the services we offer to current clientele and the securing of new commercial business. I’m always looking to expand our network and client base.
