Commercial Development Manager for the new Footscray Hospital PPP Project & new Geelong Convention Centre Project.

At AU I was responsible for the strategic Asset Management of a national portfolio of healthcare real estate on behalf of the Australian Unity Healthcare Property Trust (AUHPT).

During my time at Plenary I have worked on a number of operating public private partnership (PPP) projects along with providing input into bids for future projects, highlights include:- Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (mid 2014 - October 2019)The Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, the new home of Peter Mac, is a $A1 billion cancer hospital & research facility located in Melbourne. Delivered as a PPP with the Victorian Government, the Plenary Health consortium designed, constructed, financed and provide ongoing FM services to the Facility. I commenced working on the VCCC Project in mid 2014 and was responsible for;• Supporting delivery of the VCCC Project over the construction phase • The successful delivery of the commercial opportunities within the VCCC (retail & cafes) including managing the tender process, negotiating securing the leases, project managing tenant fit-outs, overseeing operational readiness, and the ongoing management of the commercial tenants and leases from a landlord perspective since the facility opened in June 2016• Supporting the day-to-day Project Co management functions & the delivery of Services / stakeholder management etc- South Wharf Promenade (mid 2013 - mid 2014)Located on the southern banks of Melbourne’s Yarra River, SWP is a collection of cafes, restaurants, bars and event venues at the footsteps of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) and DFO South Wharf. I was employed at Plenary in mid 2016 in a center manager type role responsible for;• Increasing existing tenant lease compliance• Leasing vacancies• Overseeing tenant fit-outs• Precinct operational management including waste, security, deliveries etc• Overseeing major precinct events• Precinct marketing activitiesHighlights include facilitating successful leasing transactions /overseeing the design & fit-outs of the Munich Brauhaus, General Assembly, Aerial event center, Cargo Hall event center, Charlie Lovett café etc.

At Fitzroys I was responsible for the Asset Management of a predominantly strip retail portfolio of approximately 100 buildings across the CBD and Metro Melbourne.

At Juilliard I managed their portfolio of metro commercial office buildings which included buildings along St Kilda Road, Malvern and Doncaster in Melbourne.

After completing the CBRE 12 month graduate program I was successfully awarded a permanent role as a commercial office leasing agent for Metro Melbourne which involved sourcing and securing listings, arranging marketing, canvassing for tenants, negotiating leasing transactions, securing leases, and generating fees.

Whilst a university student at RMIT I was successfully awarded CBRE Melbourne’s 2006 graduate position, which was a full time role involving rotations through several business lines and partnering with departmental directors as mentors. Rotations included time spent partnering with mentors in Industrial Services (western Melbourne), Institutional Investments, Property Management, and Office Leasing. This 12 month graduate role lead to a permanent position at CBRE.

Whilst a university student I held a number of roles at the Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre (MARC) including life guard, customer service officer, and gym membership sales consultant.
