In my years as a security officer, I have had the pleasure to work in an industry that relies on qualified individuals to maintain safe and secure operations on their properties. Whether it’s as a patrol guard or stationary guard observing live camera feeds, it takes competency and attention to detail to be successful here. I am honored to lead a team of men and women that are, first and foremost, professionals in their craft and take pride in their jobs. This team has been recognized multiple times for their steadfastness in theft deterrence and have successfully stopped several crimes, most of which have resulted in apprehensions of the suspects. Most recently, we have had to run lean across several miles of area, creating a unique opportunity to challenge ourselves to remain vigilant and maintain situational awareness with fewer resources available. This team has not only been successful but has also proven that safe operations can be achieved while facing resource limitations.
