Managed infrastructure programs under the NSW government $1.7b Regional Growth Fund including the $400m Stronger Country Communities Fund and the $500m Growing Local Economies program.

Managed the annual $28m Community Building Partnership program. The program funded over 1,000 organisations each year to deliver local infrastructure projects in their communities.
