Within the first 12 months of being in care, 30% of youth in foster care in Tennessee are receiving three or more homes ranking Tennessee as the WORST place for stable placement in the country.​​Jonathan's Path mission is to give Middle Tennessee youths (ages 12-25) currently in or aging out of state custody, a chance to dream, a path to walk down, and a place to call home.Our solution is to provide homes for Tennessee youths in various stages of the foster care system, from respite all the way to independent living. We believe that every youth who enters the system deserves to see a path to a good and happy life. Johnathan's Path will not only show them that path but we will also put them on it, and give them a place to call home and people to call family.
