In the spring of 2022, I had the opportunity to join the Pioneer team at the ground level as they expand in the Denver market. In this role I support the team by cultivating partnerships with both clients and fellow vendors in the CRE industry. Working with Senior Leadership, we create go to market strategies and establish a network to support growing partnerships. Additionally, as co-chair of Philanthropy, I work with a committee of Pioneer Leaders to implement our core value of giving back to the community.

Daily responsibilities consisted of proposal preparation, contract execution, and vendor relation support. As a member of Retention, our goal was to support and educate clients as the brought concerns to our attention. In many instances, we were not able to directly resolve the issue without working closely with other departments. However, we maintained ownership of the relationship and provided a main line of communication to our clients. This led to a better customer experience and increased trust in our team.

In this role, I provided support and resolution to client concerns about their processing accounts. Typically working with SMB Ownership or VP Level Executives I was responsible for preparing and presenting contract proposals, managed contract negotiation, and maintained the client relationship. In many instanced this required that I work with IT Support, Sales, and Operations Teams to find a custom resolution of our clients concerns.

At Integrated Technology Solutions I was able to assist in many capacities. As Lead Technician I installed and serviced security systems, CCTV equipment, and data networks with a team of 3 to 5. In addition to these base responsibilities I prepared quotes, managed contract negotiation, built vendor relations, managed customer support, and assisted the accounting team.

During my transition from the Military I joined the team at Cherry Creek Ace Hardware as the Inventory Control Supervisor. Here I worked with a team of 5 to 6 Sales Associates to manage an inventory of over 30k line items using Epicor software. Along with inventory responsibilities our team strived to provide the highest level of customer service and store operation.

As a Logistics Specialist 3rd Class I was a part of the Supply Department onboard the USS New York. Our team was responsible for the inventory management of over 200k line items. This included training division representatives, contract procurement, and hazardous material disposal. During my time on board I was assigned as the Depo Level Repairable Manager; responsibilities included shipment, tracking, and receiving of high-valued equipment.
