In 2020/2021 I was part of a team who delivered a project to introduce additional Turbostar vehicles to strengthen six units from two to three vehicles on time and on budget.

Support Fleet & Contract Managers through attendance at meetings with maintenance providers to give additional guidance on performance issues. Manage the response to Serious Incident Reports raised on the CrossCountry fleets with the relevant maintenance providers. An operator of trains from London to Liverpool & throughout the West Midlands. My role was to co-ordinate delivery of the customer environment on the train. The key responsibilities were: Administer the IMPACT policy for Train Cleaning & Presentation. Produce periodical reports for Senior Management Team. Attend & contribute to periodic meetings with Delivery Managers. Assist in the management of contract in-service train cleaning delivery. Undertake formal audits on the train environment. Monitor the performance of train cleaners. Analyse train service patterns & write appropriate diagrams for in-service train cleaners.

Position made redundant due to company relocatation to Essex in November 2006.Achievements Redesigned shop floor to improve work flow. Introduced new working practice to include care-points, resulting in a reduction in the number of quality problems. Trained sales staff to be able to deal with catalogue enquiries & improve customer service.

My role in Technical Support Department was to manage various customer enquiries from product selection to installation or breakdown problems. This role was telephone based & gave me an extensive knowledge of call & customer handling. I regularly achieved all KPI targets for number of calls handled & calls answered within set timescales.

A private company manufacturing power supplies. My role was extremely varied, main duties being the support and improvement of the production facility but also covering other general facilities maintenance tasks. However, my position was made redundant in July 2003.
