  I qualified as a solicitor in 1983 after training in London. I have been working in private practice in Peterborough for thirty five years as a property lawyer. Firstly with Percival and Son and then as a founding partner of Adrian Christmas Solicitors. I became senior partner of that practice before merging the firm with Roythornes. I have bought and sold property of all types, whether it is for commercial or residential use. This has involved residential sales and purchases for private clients, commercial property for businesses, private investors and pension schemes, the purchase and sale of farms for working farmers or partnerships, the purchase of property for housing associations and for developers. In fact any matter that involves property.My work extends to landlord and tenant work acting for landlords or tenants mostly on commercial property.
