I have just started a new position with ADT/Johnson Controls as a Commercial Sales Consultant for Fire and Security products. Prior to this, I spent 15 months working for Chubb Fire Ireland, selling Life Safety Systems to commercial and industry sites. I have a working knowledge of Apollo, Notifier, Gent, and Ziton product lines. This was a great position which enabled me to learn and gain a significant understanding of the Fire industry. I am passionate about the IT industry, although a large portion of my knowledge is self-taught, I did study networking and systems maintenance, which covered the two areas which interest me the most - inter-connectivity of computer systems, and computing hardware itself. I have received internal awards for Customer Service, Team Work, and an internal company wide award of Best Retail Salesperson of the Year 2019 during my time with Tesco Ireland.I was also nominated for Generation Apprentice Apprentice of the Year 2022. As one of 187 people nominated out of over 25000 apprentices around the country, I feel highly honoured to have been selected as a nominee for such an award.
