Originally from the beautiful Samoa, I spent my younger years growing up in New Zealand and then moved to Australia, which cultivated a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and a love for sports. I have a strong passion in music, having honed my skills as a self-taught guitarist and pianist.As the oldest of four boys, I've embraced the responsibilities of leadership and teamwork from a young age. These qualities have been further nurtured during my time at Brigham Young University-Hawaii, where I'm currently a senior pursuing a degree in business management with a keen emphasis on supply chain and analytics.In addition to my academic pursuits, I'm proud to be a part of the Polynesian Cultural Center, where I work as a performer. This unique role allows me to share my Polynesian heritage and showcase the rich traditions of various Polynesian cultures with thousands of visitors from around the world. It's not just a job, but a profound opportunity to educate others about our traditions and way of life.My professional experience extends to two years as an inventory specialist at BYU-Hawaii's campus distribution center. This role equipped me with valuable insights into the receiving end of business operations. I was responsible for processing incoming packages, ensuring their organized distribution to the respective departments, and optimizing inventory management.I consider myself both a dedicated team player and a natural leader. With a strong focus on achieving our collective goals, I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy taking on responsibilities that help drive success.
