I was in charge of all the company’s opening in Koh Samui & Phuket. The company now has a total of 18 venues and one Hotel.

Was a key member in the development and opening team. The role involved the general running of the bar/restaurant including stock control, menu development, liaising with the kitchen brigade, staff training, health & safety operations and recruitment. The restaurant achieved the highly acclaimed status of ‘Chefs Hat’ from the Age good food guide.
