-Overseeing the construction and installation of all shade products.-Responsible for the planning and scheduling of all jobs from the time of fabrication.-Liaising with all concerned customers, suppliers, and stakeholders from start to completion.-Managing and ordering of all consumables, maintaining stock levels.-Making sure installers have all required hardware and fittings for jobs.-Planning and liaising with third parties such as government Facilities and Assets departments.-Reporting of any WHS concerns.-Making sure all relevant documents and SWMS up to date.-Ensure safe and efficient operations on all projects -Quality control and safety. -Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.-Consulting with staff and management to maintain effective communications

-Resolution of customer Escalations-Technical support for the HFC network to Field Technicians but also liaison with other groups including Design and Build, Damages & Re-locations, Network Management Centre, Engineering. -Trouble shooting and repair of RF network from customer premises to headend at Exchanges-Able to liaise with multiple internal and external business units to resolve faults-Involved in rolling out, delivery and education of technologies to Field staff including analog to digital TV, Dial up to Broadband to High Speed Broadband, VOIP telephony and Node Splitting.-Managing projects and Field staff for multiple projects such as Transmitter upgrades in Exchanges, Laser replacements field work, Node splitting and the installation of new RF Gateways, HUB relocation's and Node Decommissioning.

-Installation of all Optus products, DTV, Telephony and Broadband-Troubleshoot and resolve all customer issue's whether external network related or customer premises equipment.-Maintain, repair and replace any part of the HFC network to resolve outages or interruptions to customer services.

-Completion of planned maintenance on the HFC network-Restoration of faults and outages
