The following is my personal mission statement. This is a TMI moment but has been super helpful in guiding me on my path. I have cobbled this from various other mission statements, but the lion's share of credit goes to Derek Teal. Like Stuart Smalley, I tell myself this every day:I follow these rules: • Have a positive attitude • Be a good listener • Be kind (to myself and others)I am a husband, father, son, brother, friend and leader. My purpose is to lift up those around me and know that as they rise, I rise. I am working to grow my business, network and income for the wellbeing of my family and to fulfill my purpose. I am an enthusiast, who understands that being active in nature keeps me rooted and happy. I am focused on living intentionally and filling my life with positive experiences and positive people. I am in love with the journey and focused on the destination.
