My main goal as Project and Business Development Director is to improve efficiency, increase the value we offer, and streamline operational processes for JHCS. I lead efforts to optimise the process of generating quotes, enhance the precision and pace of pricing estimates, and enhance client involvement. In addition, my responsibilities include the creation, supervision, and updating of the newly launched corporate JHCS website following a full rebranding exercise, the installation of sophisticated sales management, tracking, and forecasting systems, whilst strategically planning routes for long-term growth. Head of Sales Team / SME Business & Commercial (North of UK) - Team consisting of Key Fleet Managers, Small Fleet Business Development Managers, Contract Hire Assistant Relationship Managers providing Vehicle Leasing Products for the North of England aligned to the RBS and Natwest through a network of Lombard Relationship Managers. April 2007 - June 2012Moved across to ALD / Lombard Vehicle Solutions in June 2012 - Dec 2012 on a fixed term agreement to help set up LVS and cover the North West of England. LVS is a New contract hire business set up to work along side Lombard, RBS and Natwest and to provide Fleet Services and contract hire for Group and Bank customers.
