American Solar Power is a contractor in the Los Angeles area focused on providing installation services to integrators and commercial project developers on a subcontracting basis. I provided operational analysis, growth strategy development and implementation, client relationship cultivation and account management, project estimating, project analysis and proposal, contract evaluation/negotiation, residential and commercial project management, and daily business administration.I joined American Solar Power when the company consisted of six installers and two cash paying clients, (grossing about $300k/year). Over four years I helped grow the company to thirty employees, with two dozen active clients, a steady pipeline of residential and C&I scale system installation contracts, and diversified product offering including turn-key PV, charging station and energy storage system installation services (grossing about $5M in 2016). My primary contributions include formalizing company profile and bringing it above board, leading the company through analytic assessment of operational efficiency and market sector targeting, strategic growth and qualification processes with new clientele, graduating the company from a primarily residential installation service offering to commercial installation service and expertise, conceptualizing business model and direct B2B marketing as “white label installation services”, and establishing a template for continued client acquisition and on-boarding by other employees.

Green Source Technology is a manufacturer of solar tracking systems and components,offering EPC services in East Asia. GST hired me to coordinate the company's first phase ofentry into the North American market for solar trackers and tracker components.
