A sampling of functions and accomplishments:- Developed and Implemented a suite of project reporting and analysis aimed at standardizing the visibility of profitability by business segment and location across ten countries.- Directed the automation of collecting profitability and risk reporting on high-impact project projects from business units in ten countries, and coordinated the summary reporting and visualizations in Power BI. - Fulfilled conventional manufacturing controlling including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting operating cost, absorption, and inventory for North America operations. - Created model to aggregate global workload forecasting and capacity analysis for 7 factories and 16 product lines in 6 countries.- Managed the roll-out of a monthly financial and workload forecasting process, based on North America best practices, across affiliate offices in the EU.- For all projects associated with Amazon.com: provided financial controlling and analysis to support project execution and profitability from pre-contract through full project implementation.- Project Controlling; including project forecasting and financial analysis of project performance. Also, performed financial forecasting and analysis for project management and related cost centers.- Coordinated timely and accurate cost controlling (budgeting, forecasting, and results variance analysis) for direct and indirect cost centers; including facilities, project management, quote/estimating engineering, mechanical and electrical installation, and other departments.
