As the Program Manager at the Community Recreation Association, I oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various services and activities for children and families in need. I have more than 16 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, working with diverse and vulnerable populations, such as children with special needs and teens in foster care.My core competencies include program management, staff supervision, community outreach, grant writing, and budgeting. I also have certifications in CPR instruction and TCIS. My mission is to create positive and lasting impacts in the lives of the people I serve, by providing them with opportunities, resources, and support.
