Awarded Quartermaster position at the culmination of 12-week basic training and an additional 9 weeks of intensive, specialized Advanced Individual training. Served as Senior Food Operations Manager responsible for the training, well-being, and performance of 16 soldiers, responsible for managing an annual budget of $384,000 as well as maintaining accountability and serviceability over $2,500,000 of equipment. Previously served as a Platoon Sergeant directly responsible for 70 soldiers as well as fulfilling a senior team member position in a Theater sized G4 Logistics element. Oversaw maneuvers and acted in an advisory capacity for joint operations in Japan. Performed as Team Leader, HQ Platoon Sergeant, and Convoy Commander in two combat deployments supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
