Over the past decade, I have transitioned from being employee No. 1 at a startup to becoming the COO, where I led the expansion of our operations across Europe and the U.S.In Poland, building a state-of-the-art facility & team to serve the EU market, and in the U.S., I oversaw the relocation and optimization of our operations, streamlining the entire supply chain to maximize efficiency. A pivotal achievement was developing and implementing a global ERP system, transforming our operational processes and ensuring strategic alignment across our international teams.Today, I leverage these experiences to help senior leaders and management teams navigate organizational challenges and drive performance.
