I have been in the automotive field since 2011 with Audi. I started as a technician, working my way up to Expert level certification and in 2020 I advanced to the role of Service Dispatcher and Booker. With my technical experience and growing shop management experience I became the Service Production Manager controlling operations through the service department and focusing on client satisfaction, shop efficiency and overall production. Once proving my skill set and knowledge I have now become a service advisor to help clients understand repairs and prioritize repairs needed in their vehicles based on the importance of the repairs leaving the client satisfied and confident in their money spent and the vehicle they are driving. Highly motivated with strengths in communication, problem solving, effective time management and supervising employees I am always striving to set and exceed goals. I understand the importance of delivering the mission of a brand with each and every action and interaction that takes place involving clients. I am committed to creating an environment that not only achieves increased sales but also focuses on client satisfaction.
