- Process and manipulate large data sets by preparing the data into a standard format- Downloading and Uploading bids and documents through customer portals- Work as a liaison with Market Managers and Sales regarding bid timelines, RFIs, Rate Agreements, contracts, and other documentation that is time sensitive to bids. - Create customer files, organize bid folders, and save documentation.- Facilitate on time submission of multiple bids- Format finalized pricing into customer’s file and submission- Liaison between Sales and Marketing Managers- Navigate relationships between multiple pricing divisions- Being able to network with department leads to provide company information to customers- Build and maintain a healthy open line of communication to promote trust during critical situations.- Working closely with the publications team to ensure rates and commitments are published accurately.- Work with Risk Management team to process contractual documents for customers- Thoroughly understanding the customers request for pricing, publications, contracts, and RFIs.- Reviewing all documents associated with a request and having a clear understanding of the task.- Effectively communicate with the Pricing team and Sales on the details of customer requests.- Great time management and multitasking skills in order to effectively oversee multiple customer bids.- Maintain a high level of data integrity both internally and externally to ensure proper execution.

- Identify and establish relationships with carriers and freight providers to secure reliable and cost-effective transportation services for clients.- Developed and implemented procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and promoting transparency and fairness in the procurement process.- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms while meeting client needs and profitability goals.- Monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, cost per mile, and carrier performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified drivers, ensuring a steady pipeline of candidates to meet company's transportation needs.- Manage the full cycle of the driver recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating pre-employment checks.- Conduct thorough background checks, including motor vehicle records, employment verification, and drug screenings, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

- Reports undocumented/unordered shipments, shortages, and/or damaged items and goods to appropriate authority.- Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping to the right destination.- Operates a forklift to load and/or unload trailers while using the warehouse management systems and specific procedures for tracking and food safety.
