During the audit, we visited six stores in 2 weeks to gather feedback. We met with the PMO, core team, IT, security, infrastructure and network teams. The audit was compiled into a presentation and delivered to the CIO in the executive boardroom. Once the plan was approved, I led a small, agile team in the transformation.
