A former executive with global sport and event marketing agencies in the Omnicom and Publicis Groupe advertising networks, I now serve as a sport marketing professor and consultant whose focus is assisting both brand marketers and sport organizations in strategic decision-making, in particular the negotiation, activation, and effective measurement of the return on investment (ROI) from sport sponsorships. As part of my litigation consulting practice, I provide expert witness testimony, consulting services, and analysis on a variety of issues, including traditional and non-traditional marketing, advertising, event/experiential marketing, athlete endorsement, and sponsorship ROI.
