- Own the Prime Brokerage Offboarding Process to ensure timely client relationship offboarding, in excess of 10 clients on a monthly basis, maintain positive stakeholder relationships, and implement efficient procedures to verify thorough due diligence.- Create and present a weekly report showing week over week trends for the Prime Brokerage Offboarding Process.- Support the LATR (Last Activity Trade Report) process by initiating business rules and data analysis to mitigate report disparities and assist in reducing positions/balances for account closures to lower firm regulatory risk, and present monthly metrics to executive management.- Perform QA (Quality Assurance) on accounts processed by offshore partners to validate successful due diligence on over 400 accounts per day.- Completed due diligence on over 300 Cash Stock Accounts on a weekly basis and if applicable, performed closure. Compiled and distributed an End of Day report based on due diligence results on a daily basis. - Successfully offboarded the GCAS (Global Custody & Agency Services) Product, closing over 50,000 accounts in 6 months.

- Oversee 3,000+ accounts per month to determine Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for Non-Global Banking and Markets (Non-GBAM) clients and ensure timely and accurate closure processing- Create weekly reports to monitor and escalate to senior leads the Special Assets Group (SAG) account closures pipeline- Establish checklists to ensure the offboarding process is followed appropriately
