Training and development should be a tactical business tool that together with performance and change management can make a big impact on the business bottom line results. To succeed as a business the coming years it's also crucial to unlock the organisations learning ability and the ability to be creative and innovative - from my point of view this is something any learning and development department should strive to help happen.
