Was responsible for all monthly and quarterly reports to private equity firm & lenders. Was responsible for making sure all loan covenants were met on a monthly basis. Investigated, chose and began implementation of company’s first integrated ERP system. Wrote company employee manual. Set in place policies and procedures leading to a more than doubling of revenues in a six month period.

Saved the company $650,000 by identifying erroneous postings to job costs and unchecked purchasing and instituting new purchasing and posting requirements. Prepared all department and company monthly and quarterly P&L statements and projections of income and expenses. Planned, coordinated, and implemented the dissolution of a multi-million dollar affiliated corporation, including the merger of assets, liabilities, and on-going projects leading to increased efficiency and lower costs. Analyzed, tracked and recommended pension fund investments, interfaced with pension consultants and handled reporting. Turner & Harrison was required to have an Employee Manual and Non-Harassment policy in order to bid on a large job. Researched all applicable legal requirements and wrote the company’s employee and sexual and racial harassment policy manual. Company was able to bid on, and win the job, one of the largest Turner & Harrison had ever done bringing in $3M in revenue.
