• Provide consulting services to hospitals that reduce costs and increase effieciencies.
• Participate in consulting projects that involve the supply chain processes at customer sites.
• Perform as needed inventory management services to support clinical inventory management program, including performing physical counts, generating/placing orders, product put-away and stocking location maintenance.
• Communicate status of programs or projects to customers and project team members.
• Educate and train customers and teammates in the use of our various programs.
• Logistic analysis, process design, data collection and implementation, and other client related services as required.

• Monitor and coordinate the daily activity between the Operating Room and the Sterile Processing Department.
• Manage, maintain and update computer case cart picking system as well as Sterile Processing Department product catalog.
• Accountable for overseeing the operating room critical supply inventory, while monitoring supply levels to maintain adequate inventory.
• Sustain all volume reports for department to review par levels to ensure maximum efficiency and cost control.
• Order according to set par levels to ensure budget adherence.
• Maintains surgical custom packs, update revisions, order as needed according to the daily surgical schedule.

• Distributes materials to appropriate units throughout the hospital, maintaining daily inventories in Pyxis units.
• Research and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Support in the receiving department to guarantee accurate and prompt distribution of product.
• Handle manual allocation of product to units in instances of national product shortages or backorders.

• Monitor and manage key performance indicators and strategically respond to performance continually.
• Ensure store appearance and visual presentations are consistent with brand image.
• Ensure all inventory, merchandising and pricing directives are implemented.
• Identify training needs and provide associate training where necessary.
