With over 17 years of work experience in the construction industry, I have developed core competencies in logistic management, demolition, and hazardous waste disposal. Currently, I am a Superintendent at StrykerDES, a leading company in the demolition and environmental services sector, where I work with a diverse and talented team of professionals who share my passion and vision for excellence.As a Superintendent, I am responsible for managing the logistics of multi-million dollar demolition and hazardous waste projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. I read jobsite plans and drawings, communicate with project managers, general contractors, and crew members, and conduct daily safety discussions. I also leverage my skills in equipment operation, construction, and customer service to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of the projects, while meeting or exceeding the expectations of the clients and stakeholders.
