CurrentAs a Director at Jabian, I provide project quality, business development, and account management oversight for a major client account.I am also Jabian’s Business and Process Analysis (BPA) service offering lead, responsible for developing and promoting the offering, and leading internal offering team efforts to develop go-to-market strategies, training and promotional materials. Below are examples of client engagements I've led or contributed to during my time as a Director:• Led development of enterprise talent acquisition strategy, rollout and initiative roadmap for large, multi-subsidiary client. Delivered organizational vision, strategic goals, measures, communication and rollout plan, and initiative roadmap model.• Led development of the operating model, staffing model, and implementation strategy for a cybersecurity innovation and training center in support of a state government client. • Led development and delivery of tailored agile work breakdown training to an automotive wholesale client seeking to scale agile delivery capability.• Acted as interim product Director for automotive retail solutions client. During my time in this role, I developed an agile quarterly planning process and product roadmap, agile management tool guidelines and reporting structure using Rally; defined product manager and owner roles and responsibilities; then trained and transitioned to the permanent Sr. Director of Product.• Performed process analysis and optimization of a retail support organization’s work intake process. Developed desired-state process documentation based on observation and interviews. Delivered prioritized list of improvement recommendations, including personnel, process and CRM system optimizations.
