Current- Administering and maintaining policies to ensure the physical safety of all property and assets, as well as maintaining the public safety of all.- Proficient in using basic Microsoft office programs and security reporting platforms(cycop & Helius) for reporting descriptive incident reports and communicating with law enforcement as necessary.- Effectively communicating and diffusing difficult situations and/or individuals- Having an exceptional knowledge of the layout, blindspots, and entrances/exits of the property- Trained in fire alarm and medical emergency procedures- Well informed on the responsibilities and limitations of security in residential and commercial properties
