Also, provides assistance for hard to fill positions at lower levels across the organization.• Researched, selected and developed the structure of a CRM tool (Sendouts) that was launched with the new recruitment process focused on housing and engaging talent outside of the organization. • Leveraged the applicant tracking system to create a less labor intensive internal transfer eligibility process.
