• Architected online application enhancements in HR Logix to create a faster, more efficient and less antiquated process. • Developed enterprise wide recruitment reports that tracked turnover, time-to-fill, open positions by property and internal vs. external hires at the manager level and above. • Placed on temporary assignment in Baton Rouge for three months to lead the recruitment process for the opening of L’Auberge Baton Rouge, a 375 million dollar casino and hotel. o Led a team of 7 through 50,000 applications, 10,000 interviews and 1,500 hires o Architected the mass hire schedule from the creation of requisitions through new hire orientation o Designed and implemented an executive level report card to track week-by-week progress of hires needed vs. hires made • Responsible for managing the vendor relationship with First Advantage and all associated FADV platforms; including HR Logix (ATS), Image Logix(Document Management), Screen Logix(Background Check Service) and the WOTC process. • Champion the sourcing of all positions at the Pinnacle Entertainment corporate office along with director and above roles throughout the business. Also, provides assistance for hard to fill positions at lower levels across the organization.• Researched, selected and developed the structure of a CRM tool (Sendouts) that was launched with the new recruitment process focused on housing and engaging talent outside of the organization. • Leveraged the applicant tracking system to create a less labor intensive internal transfer eligibility process.

• Managed a team of four that was responsible for the full-cycle employment process for two casinos (one union) and one hotel, total of 2,300 team members. • Member of the compensation committee that would determine if new positions were created, if non-annual salary increases were granted and ensuring consistency across all properties.• Tasked with scrubbing all data within Infinium, and creating standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across all personnel actions in the system. • Responsible for the oversight of I-9 compliance and created a weekly report to track all pending expiring documentation. • Created standard reports ran from Showcase to ensure accurate data within Infinium.• Work directly with the Missouri Gaming Commission to ensure compliance in licensing all new hires, rehires and suspensions or revocations. • On-site administrator for Infor Self-Service Kiosk. This included training all current and new managers on the manager self-service feature, troubleshooting errors and updating workflows. • Created and co-facilitated a behavioral interview workshop for all hiring managers.

• Designed and implemented first social media recruitment strategy that resulted in job placements and increased brand awareness.• Represented the company at local colleges and universities by being a part of advisory boards, sitting on panels and presenting at special in-service opportunities.• Cultivated relationships with local and regional colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit top level candidates.• Planned and coordinated an interview fair specifically to staff a renovated restaurant that required the company to hire 90 team members in less than 45 days.• Local point of contact for all updates, changes or training of the company’s ATS.

• Part of the pre-opening team for a $380 million casino entertainment facility.• Assisted in qualifying and interviewing candidates that filled over 1200 positions in ~90 days.• Assisted in the development of the interview process for an external dealer school designed to train 200+ non-experienced table games and poker dealers. • Trained fellow Employment Representatives in HR Logix (ATS) along with Pinnacle Entertainment’s hiring process.

• HR generalist responsibilities that focused mostly on talent acquisition and HRIS management.• Interviewed 100+ candidates on a weekly basis to fill positions ranging across multiple departments in the casino and hotel.• Represented Lumiere Place Casino & Hotels at events such as career fairs.• Recruited and identified an HR intern, and then helped develop the curriculum for the program.
