A committed and enthusiastic business partner, with a proven track record in leading organisational change and business performance improvement. I passionately believe the manufacturing & engineering sector has much to offer the UK economy, with my roots firmly set in improving the economic prosperity of the Yorkshire and wider Northern region. Management of UK Treasury, facilitating export trade through the coordination of TradeFinance facilities, including lines for Letters of Credit, Performance Guarantees andForward currency hedging. Strengthened trade working capital management tosuccessfully maintain net trade working capital at between 25-30 days;f. Reduced the UK tax burden through retrospective claims for R&D tax credits and PatentBox relief.
