• Mobilised ERP replacement program: led business agreement of target state objectives/operating model and decision to replace rather than upgrade; completed market evaluation, RFI assessment and RFP preparations
• Attained PCI compliance for Transurban’s (Australia) retail entities and established ongoing governance
• Delivered a new automated debt recovery platform/capability for NSW market to improve collection rates of unpaid toll notices

• Leading a program to deliver and commercialise a new multi-road (asset) and multi-retailer Tolling Back-Office System (BOS) for Transurban’s NSW operations:
• Re-architected existing tolling back-office system (BOS) to be more flexible and completed a major upgrade of all the underlying platform technologies
• Implemented multi-tenant system capability and deployed across five toll road assets and three retailers; delivered vastly improved customer and business functionality/usability
• Transformed the BOS offering from an internal platform into a fully commercial service for external clients
