About Jonathan Becker

Many years ago I started as an underwriter for group Long Term Disability with CNA in Kansas City. It's amazing how time flies. For over two decades I've had many exciting opportunities to contribute in progressively advanced leadership roles.Over the years my responsibilities have included client engagement/management, underwriting, operations, product management, strategic planning, project management, distribution services, reinsurance and training and development. Product expertise covers Dental, Long Term Care, Life and Accident, Long and Short Term Disability, Stop Loss Medical Reinsurance, and Worksite Voluntary Benefits. My experience includes individual and group products spanning employer-employee benefits, association programs, trusts, and pooling arrangements. Throughout my career I've had leadership responsibilities in all size markets from 2-499 life employers to national accounts clients with over 200,000 employees. This path has also allowed me the privilege of working extensively with brokers and consultants, reinsurance, third party administrators, and emerging marketing platforms.More recently, participating in Board meetings and joining two organizations as an active Board Member, is a privilege allowing greater contributions to the community.
