GrowPonics Greenhouse Technologies Ltd (www.GrowPonics.co.uk) is an Agro-Technology company specializing in the design, development, construction and operation of cutting-edge, technology-based greenhouses. The company uses advanced horticulture practices and greenhouse and hydroponics technologies, implemented in greenhouses currently operating in the UK, the USA, China, Israel and the Middle East. Additional greenhouses are currently under construction in Hawaii and Puerto Rico.The Company's technology is patented, and its technology development programs have received funding from the Israeli Innovation Authority and from the EU Horizon 2020 program for research and innovation, which also awarded GrowPonics a Seal of Excellence.

I departed MedTrix (better known as "Sharan - Medical Care at Home") after 3+ years with great satisfaction: the company resumed rapid growth, it is now 3X the size it was when I joined, it serves all 4 HMOs in Israel, it entered a rapidly developing market for acute home hospitalisation, it won key government and other tenders, and is developing new medical services at the cusp of the market.MedTrix is a medical services company, specialising in at-home medical care ("Homepital") and telemedicine. It operates a 24/7 call center; its doctors and nurses visit 5,000 patients a month; it operates “home hospice” and home hospitalisation services, and provides on-line video medical consultation via a proprietary app. It also provides Patient Support Services related to high value drugs on behalf of global pharma companies.

WKEB was a vehicle for M&A and financial advisory collaboration between the accounting firm of Weksler, Kodenzick, Enoch & Co. and me. The company was dissolved in late 2018, but the collaboration continues.

Zenith Green Energy was an Israeli investment adviser and transaction advisory company specializing in solar energy (Photo-voltaic) energy projects. Zenith concluded PV transactions in Israel, and negotiated transactions in Italy and Bulgaria.

Metal-Tech is a technology-driven producer of Tungsten, Molybdenum and other specialty metals used by industrial clients in North America, Europe and the Far East, with production plants in Israel and Mongolia. It was publically traded on the AIM list of the London Stock Exchange during my tenure, with annual revenues of $140m and approx 400 employees.

Soda-Stream is the world's largest manufacturer, distributor and marketer of Home Carbonation Systems. The company grew during my tenure from $30m to $150m in revenue. Established Finance Center of Competence in the UK and Israel. Lead the company’s M&A program, and acquired a competitor in the UK and a distributor in Switzerland. Arranged $40m funding for these acquisitions, Chairman of the Swiss company following its acquisition.

Poalim Capital Markets is a leading Israeli investment bank and a subsidiary of Bank Hapoalim - Israel’s largest financial group. Built the department from scratch, to become an Israeli leader. The department executed numerous acquisitions and private placement transactions. Co-managed (with Dovrat Shrem) a $30m investment fund.

Axiom was a "boutique" investment bank, with offices in New York and Tel Aviv. The company provided merger and acquisition, private placement and valuation services, and executed numerous transactions, including the acquisition of Abic by Teva Pharmaceuticals for $36m.

Apax Partners (formerly Alan Patricof Associates) is a global private equity advisory firm. 1983-1987: Vice President. Conducted financial analyses, negotiated investments and represented the funds on boards of investee companies.1981-1983: Acting Treasurer/Controller. Responsible for financial management of the company and four funds totaling $55m.
