In my role as Digital Strategist at Sony Music, I led digital initiatives to amplify local and international artists' reach, foster fan engagement, and drive revenue through cutting-edge strategies. I collaborated closely with artists, brands, (media) agencies, and internal teams to create compelling campaigns that resonated across digital platforms, from social media to streaming services.I focused on data-driven insights, leveraging trends and analytics to craft impactful digital experiences, enhance fan interactions, and elevate the overall brand presence of Sony’s talent.

At RTL Nederland’s Multi-Channel Network—the market leader among MCNs in the Netherlands—we create online channels to reach audiences no longer tuning into traditional television. We do this for both our brand and our partners, which include well-known content creators and influencers active on social media platforms. I am responsible for discovering, signing, and developing talent, ensuring they have the support and resources to grow and thrive.

The music industry changed dramatically, therefore the way artist have to present themselves has changed a lot as well. As a creative, to get noticed by an audience you have to think and act as a production company, publisher and label (content development, consistency and sharing is key). I truly have a passion in assisting new artist in these crucial sometimes new areas. Some of the companies I worked with on projects are Tennman Records, Interscope, Sony, Polydor UK, Universal Publishing and 3beat.

As a Talent manager I advised creative talent in their Entertainment career. Responsibilities included but were not limited to, creative development, artist development, calender management, networking and bookings.

I was hired as a intern to seek for potential future opportunities for the young music label, I had to write a recommendation letter with a strategic plan to implement these findings. Brand development, website traffic growth, were important parts of my job description.
