Successfully delivered 15% year-on-year growth. • Leadership of the 70 store network, including footprint, design of the store experience and operational roll-out. • Responsible for monthly Integrated Business Planning process including connecting demand planning, pricing, inventory and financial forecasting.• Led Procurement and Working Capital for all of Fonterra in Phase 1 of the Velocity transformation program targeting $150 million savings in procurement and $1 billion working capital.

Founded a social media start-up that was part of Y Combinator S2010. 1000memories was a new way to tell stories of people’s lives. We raised a $3 million Series A and were backed some of the world's leading investors including Greylock, SV Angel, Lowercase Capital, and more. 1000memories won plaudits from press, the international tech community and grew into a 15 person company used by millions of people every month. 1000memories was acquired by market leader Ancestry.com in 2012.- Product development created a website and mobile app that was a finalist in both major tech awards in 2011 (the Webbys and Crunchies)- Financing leadership securing a seed round from angels including Ron Conway, Mike Maples, Chris Sacca and others, followed by a Series A round with Greylock Partners.
