I was billing and analytics team leader for all 241 Lexus retail websites, providing analytics for dealers, regions, and Lexus nationally, leading a team of 5 consultants. I delivered daily reporting and analytics using Salesforce, Excel, and PowerBI which led to on-time launches for every website across 29 vendors and 671 third party enrolments.

I spent three summers interning at the BASF Midwestern Hub, two working with regional talent leadership and one with internal business intelligence. I redesigned the technical progression system for lab analysts and technicians, working with stakeholders across lab management, talent development and recruitment. I supported HRBPs to develop a new employee retention programme, leading to a YoY 18% decrease in turnover among junior and mid-level engineers.I performed a bottom-up market share analysis of BASF's $1.2bn North American polyurethanes business, interviewing all 72 technical sales personnel and consulting with North American senior leadership to influence the 2025 Strategy.I led a team each summer to win the Midwestern Hub Intern Challenge each consecutive year, developing a novel safety awareness campaign which was scaled across North America, a video series to encourage diversity in non-exempt technical hiring, and an analysis of the research organisation with a presentation of recommendations to site leadership and the business SVP.
