Creditmate now serves both large and small lenders, offering either Software as a Service (SaaS) or full-service collection capabilities. We built the business to scale with over a million downloads within 18 months.Our core capability was in providing a simple and intuitive front-end user experience by using technology to interpret large amounts of informal and disorganised data including thousands of changing telecoms tariffs, millions of end user usage and location data. For end users we provided a cost saving bespoke recommendation of a bundle of prepaid plans to save them money, the ability to transact on these plans, as well as a recommendation for the most optimal service provider based on signal quality and data speed in their home, work and travel locations. Because of our crowd sourced signal and spend data, we also enabled mobile operators with invaluable access to huge scale network and capacity planning data which they otherwise spent significant capital and time on achieving (by driving key areas in mobile enabled vans).
