Partnering with an associate's organization, I was instrumental in supporting the transformation of their Operating Model, specifically targeting the Procurement and IT functions. In my role within the Procurement & Supply Chain organization, and directly reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, I was at the forefront of driving significant advancements in key areas of their Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation Strategy and Business Plan.

Reporting directly to the CEO, I led the Drilling, Completions, and Production (DCP) Segment at Centurion Group—a global powerhouse in rental, infrastructure, and services. Centurion excelled in providing cutting-edge equipment, products, field services, and engineered solutions to the oil & gas, mineral resources, and renewables sectors. As a vital member of the senior leadership team, my responsibilities encompassed shaping and executing the company's People, Safety, Quality, and Compliance strategies.Additionally, I undertook a six-month role as Interim President – Rest of World, significantly enhancing my leadership impact and driving strategic growth across Centurion's global operations.

Reporting to the Vice-President of Baker Hughes, Pressure Pumping Product Company, I was responsible for the global performance of the Tubular Services group. In this capital-intensive segment of Baker Hughes' portfolio, I adeptly navigated key performance metrics such as Capital Velocity and Asset Utilisation, essential for driving decisions in this highly profitable business. Managing Tubular Services at the jobsite required a significant focus on safety behaviours and a strategic investment in technologies that enhanced automation.

Reporting to the Vice-President & Managing Director of Baker Hughes, UK Ltd., I was responsible for all aspects of performance for the Completions & Production Group in the United Kingdom. Following the successful turnaround of Pressure Pumping, I initiated essential changes within the UK-based group. Instead of merely adding capital and staff to handle the anticipated increased workload, I spearheaded the organisational restructure and process redesign, creating a leaner, more effective, and collaborative team that successfully regained prime market position.

Reporting to the Vice-President & Managing Director of Baker Hughes, UK Ltd., I was accountable for all aspects of performance for Pressure Pumping in the United Kingdom. Transforming this newly acquired business, I successfully generated positive cash flow and improved revenue margins. I led the transformation into a stratified, dynamic, and opportunity-focused team, capable of supporting all facets of the business, including HS&E, Sales, Contract Management, Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance.

Working directly for the President of Baker Hughes in the Eastern Hemisphere, and partnering with executives across Europe, Russia, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, I directed all project activities during the post-M&A integration phase of Baker Hughes' acquisition of BJ Services. My role involved developing and executing comprehensive Commercial, Organisational, and Functional integration strategies, encompassing HR, IT, Legal & Compliance, HSE, Quality, and Financial functions.

When Baker Hughes dissolved the traditional ‘Divisional Model’ to create the 'One Baker Hughes' Geomarket and Product Line Matrix business model, I was promoted to HR Director, based at the Houston Headquarters. Reporting to the Vice-President of Human Resources and directly accountable to the President of Drilling & Evaluation, I oversaw all aspects of HR Services, Technical Training, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development for the newly formed D&E Global Business Segment, which comprised approximately 15,000 employees globally.
