I currently work on the Enterprise Product Development team for the largest electricity retailer in Texas. Our responsibility is to conceptualize new product ideas and lead all internal stakeholders to launch those new concepts into the competitive electricity market.

As a Product Manager on the Innovations team at TXU Energy, I lead the residential demand response team, facilitating TXU Energy's and its customer’s efforts to reduce strain on the electrical grid and further the development of the Smart Grid in the state of Texas. I also coordinate the company's effort to support the adoption of electric vehicles and provide electric fuel substitutes for automobiles. I have cross-functional responsibilities where I lead numerous internal projects to create efficiencies in sales, operational and financial processes, and I am also responsible for finding and implementing new technologies that will enable TXU Energy to be more effective and innovative.

As a member of Public Strategies’ corporate partnerships practice group, I was responsible for marketing and communications for the Commercial Solutions unit of Perot Systems (eventually bought by Dell). I was involved in the management of a small team tasked to develop marketing and communications support to pursue new opportunities arising out of the U.S. government's stimulus act and investment in the nation's health IT infrastructure.Marketing & Communications Manager for business unit at key client for Public Strategies, with more than $500 MM in revenue. Managed a number of high-profile projects for the business, including: Communications plan for acquisition of technology company, resulted in seamless transition of clients and employees to Perot Systems' managementManaged several 'War Rooms' during crisis incidents, with responsibility for coordinating operations, information security, communications and legal teams. Led preparation for communication outreach to over 350,000 individuals, media, investor community and government representatives for those impacted by the incident. Planned and coordinated marketing and communications activities during strategic sales pursuits arising out of American Recovery & Reinvestment Act and associated 'stimulus' spending in health IT industry. Managed all public and media relations for the business unit, including the creation of all press materials and communications with targeted media outlets.
