Pioneer the organization’s IT strategy and execution of Managed Services to provide technical support and business continuity for hundreds of clients all over the nation; lead a team of five direct reports and responsible for 50 employees overall. Develop systems, metrics, hiring and support practices that lead to high customer satisfaction and retention.• Strategic IT Operations: Drive all technical operations of the company including support desk, network operations center, management and maintenance of internal hardware and software solutions, new software development, and existing software automation and augmentation. • Training & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor the leadership team that grew from 2 to 45+ technical staff; manage human resources activities including hiring, terminations, performance management, and employee engagement and retention strategies. • Streamlining IT Processes: Partner with clients to systematically migrate and transition software platforms to a more cohesive suite of products to run their businesses – from MSP service delivery to accounting platforms. • Migrations: Implement migrations, integrations, and upgrades to ancillary software offerings to clients; directed a large-scale software migration that encompassed a change out of the company’s two core software platforms across entire client base in only two months. • Artificial Intelligence: Collaborated with several key vendor relationships to integrate AI/Deep Learning technologies into technology stack.
