Following the $28.1 billion acquisition of Alltel by Verizon Wireless, I was privileged to be chosen by the Alltel founding family for a pivotal role in Westrock, their Family Investment Office. Tasked with navigating the complexities of this significant liquidity event, my role evolved into laying the foundational strategies for the family’s wealth management. During my 13 years at Westrock, I leveraged my understanding of financial markets and UHNW family dynamics to set up and manage the family's investment framework. I was instrumental in developing hedging strategies for portfolio companies, which led to my role in managing the family's internal discretionary fund. In this leadership role, I spearheaded our approach to managing a significant portfolio with a risk management-first philosophy, crucial for protecting and growing the family's wealth. This approach not only aligned with our overarching investment strategy but also played a critical role in safeguarding and enhancing the family’s wealth.

Worked closely with small transaction teams on multiple sale side and equity private placement mandates to support: initial due diligence; development of marketing materials, including detailed financial modeling and management presentations; external due diligence; and final negotiations and transaction documentation.
