Development / Acquisition / Lease-Up• Led a $3-million rehab, restructured debt financing, acquired county approvals and permits, supervised bid process, hired architects, engineers, and general contractor, and managed an 8-month tenant in-place rehabilitation. The renovation came in $58,000 under budget or about 3.5% of total hard costs.• Managed the physical due diligence, site and unit inspection, property management transition, and tenant certification process for a 101-unit acquisition from AvalonBay Communities.• Oversaw lease up and marketing of a 122-unit asset, supported the development team on final punch out and turnover of units, transitioned the property to asset management and reviewed and approved all general contractor final obligations.
