2022 - 2023: Led lean transformation of a well-established and world renown amplifier business, preparing it for a 3x growth strategy. Led the physical move of the business and the switch from a Supply-Driven operation to a Demand-Driven one. Created cross-functional Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process that allowed customers have more control over their deliveries.2020 - 2022: Led startup named the "Demo and Mod Shop" using my business plan to compete in the used market. The business is designed to leverage the B2C margin basis to offer highly competitive trade-in value to the consumer while refurbishing/modifying the used unit and reselling it. First of its kind in the market and highly efficient given the streamline virtual pathways and 1pc flow production environment. In the first year of business we retained the highest number of followers in the used market by 2x our nearest competitor. 2020-2022: Led the Pickup Shop and expanded their capacity by almost 3x by creating innovative material flow solutions and creating a pull system | Restructured Gibson's aftermarket part supply program while creating a on-site kit reordering program for key dealers

Led the large "flagship" facility in Nashville and a mid-sized facility in Memphis. While at the Memphis facility we became the first site at 100% 1pc flow with a 70/30 split between standard and custom product. At the Nashville facility we increased our capacity by 32% in two years through flow creation and various pull-systems while executing $2m+ of CapEx improvements YoY. During Gibson's Ch11 ownership transition, I led the consolidation of the Memphis and Nashville facilities into one and significantly reducing our space needs.
